Commercial awareness. Keep an eye on our main competitors’ ranges – comparing price, quality and value – and carry out regular trading reviews with the Merchandising team.
All-round communication. Maintain strong supplier relationships that can adapt to changing fashion trends, while always negotiating the best prices and margins for the product.
Leadership qualities. Give guidance to assistant and trainee buyers as they support you in perfecting your range.
