  • Location/ Store: Terminal 2 / Dublin International Airport
  • Hours/ Days: 30 hours / any 5 days out of 7, Fully Flexible (early mornings and late night finishes / weekends)
  • Contract Type: Permanent
Primary Responsibilities:

Through your leadership you will develop your team to offer exceptional service, which is at the heart of all that Orveon stands for. You will educate customers on our award-winning products and original techniques and connect with our customers in meaningful ways.

Thinking in unique and innovative ways, you will use your artistry expertise and networking skills to seek opportunities to engage new customers whilst maintaining existing customer relationships, and all the while ensuring that the team follow your example and create an Orveon experience to be proud of.

We will provide you with all the tools, training, and development to ensure that you are able to deliver your goals. You'll partner with Sales, Education & Events Manager, Education, and the HR team as you draw on your previous management experience to drive KPI's and deliver your goals on counter and with your team.

You'll be motivated and goal orientated, always ready to learn new skills and further your abilities and creativity. The Orveon brands get busy during peak times, and the nature of Travel Retail trading requires strength in flexibility across early morning and late-night shifts, so we expect you be able to be reactive as well as proactive and go out of your way to drive your team with the needs of the business as your key driver.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Demonstrable Retail Management experience
  • Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Sales, Education & Events Manager & Retail Partner Management Team on business performance
  • Understanding of KPIs and able to drive these across a team/business
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and results driven
  • Flexibility to work key trading hours
