We employ over 170 people in Dublin within our Worldwide Logistic and Supply Chain Centre, we are looking for a:

Customer Service / Order Management Representative - B2B

What can you expect from your role?

  • Manage the order to shipping process for a dedicated client portfolio, while meeting internal SLAs and KPIs (order entering, fulfilment maximization of orders, seamless delivery process, etc.),
  • Reply to inquiries from internal and external customers on our products (stock availability, expected delivery date, product information, order/shipping status, etc.)
  • Coordinate operational market activities for the assigned portfolio, effectively using all available resources.
  • Anticipate client needs by taking the full ownership of your portfolio and a proactive approach to your day to day.
  • Keep track of all issues related to customers, order- and delivery process (pricing issues, product availability, miss-shipments, etc.)
  • Manage claims & reverse logistic for your client portfolio.
  • Provide reports and information, related to the assigned market or other activities related to the CS Department, to management and/or sales team when required.
  • Ensure your clientele is going through an order experience, living up to the luxuriousness of BVLGARI.

Profile

Who are you?

Fluent in English & French mandatory (additional languages bonus)
MS Office Suite - in particular Excel.
Knowledge of SAP.
Previous experience in Order Management and
Luxury experience valued but not essential.
