Job description
Reporting to the Area Sales and Education Manager and assisting the National Education Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the sales and education strategies in store and ensuring the consistent implementation and follow up of all educational programmes and initiatives.
The emphasis of this role comprises of regular in store field visits to support the onboarding of new employees, review programmes and customer service standards, identify sales and training opportunities and plan a focused response together with the sales and education manager.
In addition, the Tom Ford Beauty, Kilian Paris & Frederic Malle Retail Experience Ambassador will assist the National Education Manager with the development of the in-store coaches, events teams and classroom training.
Candidates should be DUBLIN based with good access to transport links as most of the role will be time spent in store, therefore travel is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute in-store onboarding of new team members and prepare team members for their Accreditation & Certification assessments.
- Assist National Education Manager with Basic and Seasonal Seminar
- Plan a calendar of store visits based on business needs and strategic priorities
- Identify talent within the team of Specialists and support in the development of their coaching skills
- Motivate and inspire team members at counter
- Review on-counter standards such as Visual Merchandising, hygiene protocols and grooming guidelines
- Run in-store and virtual training seminars
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Education Managers, Specialists and in-store Management teams to identify business opportunities and drive retail sales
- Be a Brand Ambassador exemplifying Philosophy, Brand Culture, Artistry Techniques and fragrance knowledge across all three brands
- Translate makeup artistry and fragrance passion into sales that meet and exceed daily and event sales goals
- Work with and develop in-store coaching teams
- Lead and execute in-store events
- Be the social media touchpoint for all counter content online communication to drive sales and brand awareness.
