You will report to Global Director, category and innovation
Key role accountabilities:
- Collaborate with R&D/Marketing to map and qualify strategy from conception topossible ideation.
- Identify, develop and validate new products benefits and claims that fit both the brands and business needs.
- Identify and examine competitive product insights and develop strategies and tactics toensure that products and messaging are ahead of the marketplace.
- Provide commercial teams with counter arguments and product features substantiation.
- Validate the best methods to substantiate new products.
- Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field
- 5 years strategic/planning experience
- Significant relevant experience in operational marketing field preferably in the international environment
- Interest and understanding of product, marketing and product validation.
- Readiness to deal with a complex, very dynamic work environment
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Transitions product features knowledge, optical business knowledge would be an asset
- French knowledge would be a plus
